PROBLEM

SOLUTION

• V945 is not making contact with the windshield to

provide stability. While holding down V945’s

QuickMount button, slide V945 toward the

windshield so that the back top edge makes ﬁrm

contact.

• A loose power connection or dirty lighter socket can

cause V945 to be brieﬂy disconnected.

• You can return all of the programming options to the

factory defaults by pressing and holding down the

CITY button.

• Check that the power is ON.

• Check that vehicle ignition is ON.

• Check that vehicle lighter socket is functional.

• Try V945 in another vehicle.

• It is normal for V945 to feel warm.
